I feel this is perhaps one of the best online programs available for board review. My biggest challenge in preparing for the exam was to balance my busy schedule at work and at home.....and finding the time to study. This program helped me create a structured study plan and allowed me to focus on "high yield" topics that I needed for the boards. The Practice exam under "Study" mode was my favorite aspect of the program. It provides immediate study note reference pertaining to a Practice exam question. This allowed me to review a test question topic in further detail and resume to the next question of the exam without spending too much time searching for the study notes.

I would like to extend my thanks for making this program available to the candidates. It's very effective and interactive. I took both the ABFAS and ABPM qualification exams.

In order to review for my board re-certification at age 64, I went back to Boards by the Numbers and relied on it exclusively. I had used it the last time I re-certified, and I knew that the material would be well organized and current. I just went through it a couple of times and took the test and passed. 2012 constitutes the year of my second 10-year surgical recertification. The busy days of practice and family life left me little time for prep. Boards by the Number is the BOMB...it takes a wealth of applicable information in a concise and condensed format and makes it reasonable. I personally did not have the time to fumble through all my past notes or go to the lengthy seminars to help pass the boards. Boards by the Numbers afforded me the ability to schedule brief blocks of time over 2 months and actually be prepared to sit for the boards.
